Merida Events: Opera, Art & Bananas
The week might be a little sleepy but the weekend is full of surprises and attractions. Now is the best time to enjoy Merida! The weather borders on hot during the day but cools off beautifully for each lovely evening. The air is fresh, people are preparing for the holidays (in this case, Virgen de Guadalupe Day, Christmas, New Years Even and Kings Day). And everyone just seems happy to be here! We know that we certainly are!! Oh, and if you haven't gone yet, the state fair at Xmatkuil (from which the banner photo is taken...) is still happening. There's a lot to see there, so leave yourself plenty of time to enjoy the spectacle!
