December Events
This month contains one of our favorite holidays, Virgin of Guadalupe Day on December 12. Look for statues and pictures of the Virgin to spring up everywhere, decorated with lights and flowers and a lot more. Antorchistas, the torch runners, will be arriving from all over Mexico to both Merida and Uman, and fireworks will be exploding randomly. It's a lot of fun to celebrate a great lady.

Just wondering if you have heard anything about a " buena vista social club" event at the peon contreras teatro coming up.
