Carlos Jimenez, the Chef, has agreed to hold classes on flowering arranging for those of you who would like to be able to create a nice centerpiece for your dinner table or otherwise decorate one of your rooms for an event.

Flowers are provided. Please bring a vase. You will go home with a flower arrangement.
